I had an amazing stay at a hostel that was even better than many hotels I've been to. The place was new and everything was super clean and modern. The staff was incredibly kind and even gave me a free upgrade. The bathroom and toilets were spacious and sparkling clean. The meals at the restaurant were delicious and worth every yen. The location was perfect for my cycling trip on the Shimanami Kaido. I highly recommend this hostel.
That there weren't many dining options around the hostel, but there was a supermarket across the road. Additionally, it would have been nice to have breakfast served at the restaurant, but the nearby FamilyMart served as a convenient alternative.

The facilities are nice, and there's even a convenience store across the street for cheap late-night snacks. We had an amazing stay at the hostel! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, even going the extra mile to return an item I left behind. The facilities were spotlessly clean and the breakfast was delicious. The convenient location near an Onsen was perfect for relaxation after a long bike ride along the Shimanami route. I highly recommend this hostel as a traveler's retreat.
One minor drawback was that the private room only had a curtain as a door, so there wasn't complete privacy. Additionally, there wasn't much of a common area for socializing with other guests.

The breakfast offerings could have been better. When I arrived for breakfast, it seemed like the other group had already eaten everything, so there was only scraps and leftovers left for me.
